About this role
TriplePro is a Premier Google Partner in Groningen with 40+ specialists and a track record since 2008. They work with clients who need more than button-pushers. They need someone who understands that ROAS isn't profit, more conversions aren't always better, and that Google's recommendations aren't gospel.
You'll own large accounts, rebuild underperforming ones, and mentor the team. You'll test new techniques, challenge algorithms with controlled experiments, and translate complex data into clear strategy. The agency gives you freedom to think, room to experiment, and an AI team working to reshape online marketing.
This isn't about managing a campaign or two. It's about being the person other specialists ask when they're stuck. You'll work across Search, Shopping, Display, Demand Gen, and Performance Max, always looking beyond paid search to understand how SEA, social, marketplaces, and SEO work together.

What you bring
- 5+ years managing Google Ads with serious budgets and proven results
- Deep expertise across Search, Shopping, Display, Demand Gen, and Performance Max
- Strong grasp of tracking, attribution, Tag Manager, and server-side tagging
- Data-driven approach using GA4, Google Ads, Looker Studio, and CRM integration
- Experience with Channable, Profitmetrics, Claude, scripts, and advanced automation
- Commercial mindset that understands pricing, seasonality, margins, and ROI
- Ability to feed AI campaigns with business data and challenge them strategically
- Skilled at translating complex data into clear hypotheses and actionable plans
- Understanding of how SEA, social advertising, marketplaces, and SEO interact
- Confident presenting strategy to clients and mentoring team members
- Keeps up with market developments and turns them into opportunities
