Why we started Closr.

We saw how companies with real growth ambitions got stuck because they couldn't find the right sales people. And how existing agencies weren't helping, because they try to be everything to everyone.

Closr was founded on the belief that recruitment should be personal. That you need to know the market, understand the people, and take the time to do it right. We focus only on senior B2B sales. That's our world, that's where our relationships are, and that's where we make the difference.

We started in Amsterdam, with a network we've been building in the Dutch sales market for years. We know the best sales professionals personally and only allow people into our network we'd hire ourselves. That's our quality standard.
