Clients (Employers)

5. Legal Bases for Processing

6. Retention Periods

Closr Today retains personal data no longer than necessary. The following retention periods apply:

• Candidates: Candidate data is retained for a maximum of one year. After one year, this data is deleted, unless further processing is necessary for legal purposes.
• Clients: Data of clients is retained during the contract period and for a minimum of seven years after termination (required for tax and accounting requirements).
• Website Visitors: Log data and cookies are retained for a maximum of 26 months, unless you provide further consent.
• Legal Obligation: If required by law, we retain personal data longer than normal.

7. Sharing with Third Parties

Closr Today shares personal data only when necessary for the performance of our services or when required by law:

• Employers/Clients: Curriculum Vitae and candidate data are shared only with employers with whom a potential match exists, and only with prior consent from the candidate.
• Service Providers: We may share data with third parties supporting us, such as ICT providers, billing and accounting services, and marketing partners. These parties are contractually bound to strict confidentiality.
• Legal Obligations: We may share personal data with government agencies, such as tax authorities, if legally required.
• No International Transfer: We normally do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA, unless strict security measures are in place.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

1. Right of Access: You can request access to all personal data we process about you.
